From machine installation to routine inspection, our service team ensures that every sawing system continues to operate at its best.
The following is a comprehensive list of after-sales services we provide to our customers:

Warranty Policy Details
  • 12-month full machine warranty and 18-month core parts warranty (motor, reducer, hydraulic system).
  • During the warranty period, if a component fails under normal use, we will send replacement parts within 48 hours after problem verification.
  • For consumable parts such as saw blades or hydraulic seals, we provide discounted replacement programs and technical guidance to help extend service life.
  • Each shipment includes a Service Card with QR code access to warranty registration and online case tracking.
Installation and Commissioning

We offer on-site installation or remote commissioning, depending on your region and order scale.

 

  • On-site service includes:

Machine positioning, alignment, and accuracy calibration (±0.05 mm cutting precision)
Electrical connection and control panel testing
Two-hour operator training: blade replacement, cutting parameters, lubrication, safety and daily checks
Final handover checklist signed by customer and engineer

 

  • Remote option:

We provide detailed installation videos, wiring diagrams, and live video support through WhatsApp or WeChat, ensuring correct setup before production starts.

Always-In-Stock Spare Parts
  • To minimize downtime, Loginfly maintains a 500 m² warehouse with over 2,000 SKUs of genuine spare parts.
  • Commonly requested items such as motors, reducers, saw blades, sensors, and circuit boards are always in stock.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM (Beijing time) ship the same day.
  • DHL / FedEx / TNT global express delivery.
  • Each part is labeled with a unique serial code for easy traceability.
  • For large customers, we offer annual parts reservation service (pre-stocked according to machine models).
Preventive Maintenance & Annual Check
  • For long-term partners, Loginfly provides optional "Preventive Maintenance Packages" including:
  • Hydraulic pressure test & oil condition report
  • Saw blade guide wear measurement
  • Motor current test & vibration analysis
  • Control cabinet wiring inspection
  • After each inspection, customers receive a digital maintenance report with recommendations for the next service cycle.
